A radio documentary where, 20 years after it became a fully fledged university in 1989, Pat O'Mahony returns to his old alma mater, Dublin City University.
Pat returns to DCU to see how the place has changed since he himself was a student there back in the mid 1980s when it was but a humble National Institute of Higher Education in Glasnevin.
Living on campus for the duration of Freshers Week Pat knows that he'll be greeted head on by the huge physical changes that have occurred while he's been away, but he's far more curious to see if the attitude of place has changed.
And he's particularly interested to gauge how staff and students are now dealing with life in Ireland's youngest university in these economically unstable times.
Produced by Pat O'Mahony
Production Supervision by Ann Marie Power.
