Mary O’Toole splits her time between the family farm in Ballon, Co Carlow, and her job in Euro Farm and Garden Supplies in Kilkenny. They mainly farm beef ( Limousin) with some sheep and tillage. Mary was in the final of this year’s Macra Queen of the Land festival ( Sponsored by FBD) , which might sound a bit like Fr Ted’s Lovely Girls Contest, but Mary put us wise to that one! After all, she has an MA in Business.
