Ronan Kelly sets out to travel some of the waterways and roads of Ireland by canoe and bike. When he's on the bike he's going to try to tow the canoe. Then, when he's on the water, he's going try to tow the bike.

In this programme, Ronan puts the canoe and bike on the train on the Sligo-Dublin line. He gets off in Dromod and cycles to Belturbet, Co. Cavan, where he prepares to put the canoe and bike on the water.
