Ask About Gardening
Gerry Daly returns with a new season of his RTÉ Radio 1 gardening programme answering queries relating to all aspects of plant life - trees, shoots, bulbs, seeds, crops and flowers in Ask About Gardening.
Callers are welcome to contact the show on Saturdays to talk to Gerry and his guests on 1850 715 150 (Republic of Ireland) or from Northern Ireland on 084 57 85 33 33.
Born in Wexford, Gerry Daly is a graduate of Horticultural Studies from University College, Dublin. He is the Editor of The Irish Garden magazine and writes columns for the Sunday Independent and Farmers' Journal. He now lives in the "Garden of Ireland" - County Wicklow.
*You can e-mail Ask About Gardening in advance of the week's programme to put your question to Gerry Daly and his colleagues. We will select some of the questions for the show and call those selected on Saturday. Make sure to include your phone number. Please note we answer as many queries as we can on air, but this is not always possible for reasons of duplication and the time available.
