    Mental health and the arts

    JP Swaine of First Fortnight (the mental health arts festival) and Tim V Smith and Carol Anne McGowan from the band Hidden Highways talk about the charity See Change and their green ribbon campaign to encourage a national conversation about mental health. They are releasing a fund-raising album called 'There Is A Light'

    Mies van der Rohe, architect

    Zbyszek Zalinski talks about why he finds the work of German architect Mies van der Rohe so inspiring. A new book about his life and career is "Mies" by Detlef Maerins (published by Phaidon)     


    Opera & film

    Diego Fasciati, executive producer with Rough Magic Theatre Company talks about the collaboration between composer Kurt Weill and playwright Bertold Brecht which resulted in 'The Threepenny Opera'. Tomorrow night the Irish Film Institute and the Goethe-Institut Irland will show the film version of the play
