“Left Behind – Songs of the 1916 Widows”

“Left Behind–Songs of the 1916 Widows” is an album by composer Simon O’Connor and singer Michelle O’Rourke which will also be performed by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra at the National Concert Hall; it is inspired by the book “Easter Widows” by historian Sinead McCoole (about the women in the lives of the 1916 leaders who were executed after the Rising)
