Scones in a jiffy
This has to be the easiest bread recipe in the world and is a light as a feather!
Set oven to 220 Gas mark 6
Ingredients:
- 450g Self raising flour
- 100g melted butter
- 150 mls (approx) White Lemonade YES LEMONADE.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to a smooth dough
- Turn out to a well floured board
- Just knead so lightly
- Cut into scones
- Place on baking tray
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes until cooked and a golden colour
- Serve piping hot!
