Scones in a jiffy

This has to be the easiest bread recipe in the world and is a light as a feather!

Set oven to 220 Gas mark 6

  • 450g Self raising flour
  • 100g melted butter
  • 150 mls (approx) White Lemonade YES LEMONADE.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to a smooth dough
  • Turn out to a well floured board
  • Just knead so lightly
  • Cut into scones
  • Place on baking tray
  • Cook for about 15-20 minutes until cooked and a golden colour
  • Serve piping hot!
