Salad Dressing
- It is cheap and easy to make your own Salad dressings
- As a rule of thumb
- Use 2/3 really good virgin olive oil to 1/3 vinegar. Now it must be good quality vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- Salt pepper and sugar to taste
- Put all the ingredients into a bottle and shake like mad and there you have it!
