HAITI Earthquake 1st Anniversary - Dr David Moore


Today is the first anniversary of an incredibly devastating earthquake in Haiti. As one of the poorest nations in the world, it could hardly have been a more unfortunate country to experience the kind of devastation that this earthquake brought.

As you can imagine, many of the injuries suffered by the earthquake survivors will have lifelong implications. And as usual, Irish people are at the forefront, delivering crucial medical interventions. One of those people is Dr David Moore, President of the Irish Institute of Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery, and founder of the Irish Orthopaedic Haiti Fund.
