In the course of 2008, unemployment increased dramatically, and all the predictions are that this increase will continue well into 2009. Everyday, new redundancies are being announced, from very small companies to even larger ones like the Nineteen Hundred jobs in Dell in Limerick just nearly two weeks ago now.

So, if you hear that you are going to be made redundant, what can you do, who can you turn to, and how can they help you?
