Japanese Gardens
Japanese gardens are world-famous for their elegance, simplicity and beauty. It is possible to recreate some of the flavours and styles of a Japanese garden here in Ireland, so we asked our gardening expert Dermot O'Neill to visit the Japanese gardens at the National Stud, Co. Kildare, and to also advise us on what we can do to create the Japanese garden look for ourselves.

Spending our lives wisely - living a low stress life in a distressing world
Friday 25th April, 7.00 - 9.00 pm
Though some stress is essential to our capacity to perform well and fulfill our potential, many of us live at such a pace that stress and burnout are often just a breath away, or may have overtaken us altogether. Getting back in harmony and balance with ourselves, our partners, family, colleagues and the world in general preserves our good health and sanity, lessens the angst in our inner and outer world and helps bring peace where otherwise there is pain.
Cost: 60 Euros - includes light refreshments at the end of the session
Spirituality and Health - what's your body's message?
Saturday 26 April, 9.30 am - 5.30 pm
Physical symptoms are the body's attempt to get our attention that all is not well. Emotional and psychological symptoms likewise. Listening to our symptoms and interpreting the real issue may take us back to years before when some hurt or wound was left untended and unhealed. Come and find out where your symptoms began and what you can do to help heal them. This is complementary to and not intended as an alternative to any orthodox medical approach you may already be using.
Cost: 195 Euros - includes lights refreshments throughout the day, lunch and parking
The Plight of Young People - why is it so hard for them?
Sunday 27 April, 9.30 am - 5.30 pm
Being young has never been easy, but recently there have been painful developments that have raised serious concerns about the plight of young people and their mental health. Suicide has become all too common and questions must be asked as to why this is so. How can we help? What can we do? Dr Davies will be addressing these and any other questions you wish to bring to this experiential workshop.
Cost: 195 Euros - includes lights refreshments throughout the day, lunch and parking
Diary of a Facelift: The Final Reveal
Last week on the programme, we brought one woman's diary of her facelift. Her name was Pat McDonagh and she had an upper facelift. Her consultant was Keith Robertson from Cosmedico Clinic in Wicklow, and they allowed Brenda to follow the operation every nip and tuck of the way. It's time for the reveal, and to see if Pat is happy with her facelift.
