Breakfast Fruit Smoothie

The Ingredients

  • 150g frozen strawberries
  • 100mls low fat yoghurt
  • 1 large orange peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons/ 30g flaxseed 

The Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Have a good breakfast!
