The Operation Transformation 5k Fun Run is back! this year there will be two events; one in the Phoenix Park in Dublin and one in Cork City. Both events will take place on Saturday February 23rd.

Registration has reached capacity for both races.

For those of you who are registered, all the relevant information you need will reach you by post before race day.

Please note: If you are following Karl's 5K plan you do NOT need to also do the walking exercises he recommends to the leaders on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturday & Sundays.
