CATCHING FIRE
'Catching Fire refers to the way one creative idea ignites another. This programme features the glorious orchestral sonorities and contained energies in Go by contemporary French composer Pascal Dusapin, and Gerald Barry's La Jalousie Taciturne, a provocative and forceful piece for strings. These are combined with two of my orchestral works, including a new piece commissioned by RTÉ.'
Rhona Clarke
