WAGNER Siegfried Idyll [18']
DVORÁK Symphony No. 7 in D minor, Op. 70 [35']
WILD CARD A surprise extra

Andrew Grams conductor

Two views of love from Wagner - the ultra- impassioned, intense song of love and death in Tristan; and the spring-like first rush of passion at the heart of Siegfried - radiant music. Dvorák at his most powerful in perhaps his greatest symphony, the Seventh. A nice prelude to Valentine's Day - music of the body and the soul.
