A new exhibition at the Little Museum of Dublin is celebrating Dublin's youth culture, street style and teen life, from the 1950s to the 1990s.

The exhibition, titled Where Were You?, features many photographs that have never been seen in public.

It was inspired by the acclaimed book of the same name by Garry O'Neill.

"Garry's book is one of the most important social history publications in recent memory, a remarkable labour of love", says Simon O'Connor, Curator at the Little Museum.

"It's a real pleasure to present these images to both Dubliners and visitors to the city."

The exhibition will run until 5 January.
