Katie Taylor has won a fourth successive World Championship after beating Russian Sofya Ochigava.
In a hard-fought, cagey contest the Bray native edged out her opponent by 11 points to seven.
Ms Taylor had already secured a coveted place at the London Olympic Games.

Ms Taylor further added to her trophy collection by picking up the best boxer award at the 2012 Women's World Boxing Championships in Qinhuangdao.
The award is presented to the best boxer across all ten weight divisions, in the opinion of the judges.
The award further enhances the 25-year-old's reputation as the best boxer in the world.
