Ryanair has reported a 4% increase in passenger numbers for the month of August.
The airline said it flew a record total of 9.4 million passengers last month, up 400,000 on the same time last year.
Its load factor - how many seats it actually fills on each flight - also rose by 4% to 93% from 89% the same month last year.
Ryanair said it has flown a total of 83.4 million customers this year so far, also up 4% on this time last year.
