Brehon Capital Partners are selling the Marker Residences and six commercial units in Grand Canal Dock in Dublin city centre.
The sale of the assets is being handled by Savills, who will bring the lot to market today at a guide price of €40m.
The building comprises 84 luxury apartments as well as six fully occupied commercial units at ground floor level with car parking provision for 113 spaces at basement level.
Rental levels for the apartments currently range between €1,900 - €2,400 a month, which makes a gross rental income of about €2.1m.
Brehon also owns the Marker Hotel, which is not being sold.
The company bought the hotel and residences from Bank of Scotland just over three years ago.
