UDG Healthcare has agreed a deal to buy the healthcare communications business of KnowledgePoint360.  

The deal, worth about €105m, is expected to be completed by the end of March.

The company said that the acquisition will establish UDH as a market leader in the global healthcare communications market and will enable further expansion in the US and Europe 

KnowledgePoint360 is headquartered in Macclesfield in the UK and in Lyndhurst, New Jersey in the US.  It has a workforce of over 600 across 10 global locations.
