The national rollout of a new food franchise is expected to create 60 jobs over the next 18 months, according to the company behind the brand.

Nom Nom Subs, which is backed by Limerick-based company Complete Cuisine, expects to open 10 new outlets across the country by the middle of 2016.

The company said it had invested over €500,000 in the concept since its inception in 2011, with the first outlet opening on Dublin’s Westland Row late last year.

Complete Cuisine said there were 14 food companies producing and supplying for the new brand, all of which were located in Ireland.
