An online property management company based in Tralee in Co Kerry is to create an additional 20 jobs.

This will bring its workforce to more than 100 by the end of the year.

Aspen Grove Solutions is a web-based business-to-business property management company. Its headquarters are at Kerry Technology Park in Tralee and it has offices in the UK and the US.

Clients for its software include a number of Fortune 100 banks and insurance companies.

In a statement, the company said its revenues have tripled since it was taken over by its current owners in 2008. At the time the company employed 25 staff.

Chief executive Sean Ryan said Aspen Grove Solutions has been profitable every year since then and is looking forward to continued growth in the future.

The current expansion is being supported by Enterprise Ireland, which has praised Aspen Grove Solutions' commitment to export and employment growth.

Meanwhile, field management company FMI Ltd has announced it will generate 24 full time permanent jobs after the creation of its new client telesales operation, FMI Respond, at the company's head office in Dundrum in Dublin.

In addition to delivering ongoing telesales support, FMI Respond will be available for blitz or seasonal sales activity, distribution audits and research projects.

The company includes among its clients Electric Ireland, Kraft, Dog’s Trust, PepsiCo, Glanbia and Bulmers.
