Cork-based company PCH International, which makes accessories for smartphones, e-readers and tablet computers, has reported big increases in sales and profits for last year.
The company's net profit jumped from $400,000 in 2009 to $14m, while sales surged 170% to $413m.
Last year, the company secured $26m of funding from private equity investors. It has 1,200 employees, mostly in China.
CEO Liam Casey said 2010 was an 'extraordinary year' for PCH, as e-readers, smartphones and tablets were the hottest products of 2010.
