Waterford Wedgwood says that Ali Wambold and Jonathan Kagan are to resign from the company's board.
In a brief statement, the company said that both resignations are effective immediately.
The directors are the latest to resign since the company went into receivership earlier this month.
Earlier this week, Peter Goulandris said he was resigning as a director of the luxury goods group. Mr Goulandris is the brother-in-law of chairman Dr Tony O'Reilly, who resigned earlier this month.
