UN experts investigating the Air Algerie plane crash in Mali have recovered the second black box from the plane.

The flight recorder was found this morning at the crash site by experts of the peacekeeping mission serving in Mali.

The Air Algerie plane, with 116 people on board, crashed in Mali near the Burkina Faso border on Thursday.

There are few clear indications of what might have happened to the aircraft.

Burkino Faso Transport Minister Jean Bertin Ouedrago said it asked to change route because of a storm in the area.
