The family of a 22-year-old man who has been missing since Monday morning has appealed for help in tracing him. 

Chistopher Harney, from Bealnamulla, Athlone in Co Westmeath was last seen in Templemore, Co Tipperary in the early hours of 14 July.

It is believed he was travelling home from a music festival in Cork.

Mr Harney is described as being of 1.8m (5’11) tall of thin build with fair hair, pale complexion and blue eyes.

When last seen he was wearing a white t-shirt, black jeans, turquoise hoodie and black jacket.

His family are very concerned about him and have asked anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact gardaí.
