A spokesperson for Roadstone has confirmed that the company has received an invitation to attend talks at the Labour Court following the breakdown of negotiations at the Labour Relations Commission.

He said the company was willing to attend any such hearing.

Talks between unions and management at Roadstone Woods had been under way at the LRC this morning as part of a dispute over bonuses at the company.

However, a spokesperson for SIPTU said the two sides were unable to reach agreement.
