A spectator has been taken to Letterkenny General Hospital this evening after being hit by a car taking part in the Donegal International Rally.

The incident happened on stage 12 of the rally near Termon at approximately 4pm.

The man's injuries are not believed to be life threatening and the rally has continued.

The rally concludes tomorrow evening.
