One of two men arrested yesterday in connection with the investigation into the murders of Eoin O'Connor and Anthony Keegan has been released without charge.

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

A second man remains in custody in Kells Garda Station.

The bodies of Mr O’Connor, 32, and 33-year-old Mr Keegan were found on an island on Lough Sheelin in Co Meath on 26 May.
