An investigation is under way after two shootings in Dublin last night. A man was injured in one of the incidents.

Shots were fired at a house on Lissadell Road in Drimnagh at around 11.15pm.

There were three people in the house at the time. No one was injured in the attack.

Five minutes later, shots were fired at a house on Walkinstown Drive.

Five people were in the house and a man in his 30s was injured.

He was taken to St James's Hospital with minor injuries.
