Mr Hand had nothing to say after caution.

No bail application was made and he was remanded in custody to appear before Cloverhill District Court on 21 May.

Legal aid was assigned to solicitor Aideen Pendred.

Mr Hand did not speak during the short hearing, however there was a brief scene when a member of Mr Daly's family called out from the body of the court.

Mr Hand is the third person to be charged with Mr Daly's murder.

Mr Daly's body was found on 7 January in a deep drain not far from his burnt out caravan. He had been shot.
