Graham Dwyer is to stand trial in April 2015 for the murder of childcare worker Elaine O'Hara.

Ms O'Hara's remains were found by a woman walking her dog in the Dublin Mountains in September last year.

She had been missing for more than a year.

Mr Dwyer, 41, of Kerrymount Close, Foxrock, Dublin is accused of killing the 37-year-old at an unknown place in Co Dublin on 22 August 2013.

The Central Criminal Court has listed the trial to begin on 13 April 2015.

The court was told the case is expected to last six weeks.
