A man who died in a house in Waterford city died accidentally, a post mortem has shown.
The man, who was in his 60s, lived on Connolly Place in the city.
Gardaí received a call last night after emergency services were contacted by a relative of the dead man who found him in the house.
Gardaí had called in the Office of the State Pathologist to carry out the post mortem examination, which was done at Waterford Regional Hospital this afternoon.
Gardaí are not treating the death as suspicious.
