Woman charged in prison officer murder inquiryFriday 07 February 2014 18.12
PSNI detectives investigating the murder of prison officer David Black in November 2012 have charged a 29-year-old woman with perverting the course of justice.
She was arrested in Lurgan in Co Armagh earlier this week and is due to appear in court next month.
Mr Black, 52, was shot dead as he drove to work in Maghaberry Prison along the M1 motorway in Co Armagh.
The car used in the attack was found burnt-out nearby.
The father-of-two from Cookstown in Co Tyrone was the first prison warden to be killed in Northern Ireland in almost 20 years.
The woman is due to appear in Craigavon Magistrates' Court on 5 March.
