A 17-year-old girl being questioned in connection with the murder of Gerard Donnelly in the Phoenix Park on 29 November has been released.

Mr Donnelly, who was 36 and believed to be from Tallaght in Dublin, was burned to death and also suffered a fractured skull.

He was identified through dental records and DNA samples.

Yesterday, Ciaran Moran, 27, was charged with the murder.

The accused was remanded in custody for a week.
