The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland has published its most recent broadcasting complaint decisions.

The Compliance Committee of the BAI has upheld one complaint and rejected another 12.

The upheld complaint related to an edition of the David Harvey Show on 4FM, which was broadcast in January.

They included a number of complaints relating to the broadcasting of information about the Local Property Tax, made about a number of RTÉ News programmes by one individual.

In these cases, the committee found that the content was factual.

It found it pertained to the payment of a tax whose deadline was forthcoming and that the provision of factual information to the public on this legal requirement did not require an opposing view.
