The Parades Commission has once again banned a controversial Orange Order parade from passing near nationalist homes in Ardoyne in north Belfast.
Serious rioting broke out on 12 July when Orangemen and their supporters attacked police lines after the parade was stopped from passing the Ardoyne shops.
The order had applied to complete their return march to Ligoniel next Saturday morning.
In refusing permission, the Parades Commission said it was mindful of the significant and unjustified violence that happened in July.
The Orange Order said it was dismayed by what it called a shameful decision.
