An appeal has been launched for a 53-year-old man missing from his home in Dublin.

Terry Coleman was last seen leaving his home in Clondalkin early on Wednesday afternoon.

It is believed he was driving a black Nissan Qashqai. The car was later found at a hotel near Corcagh Park in Clondalkin.

Mr Coleman is 1.63m (5'4"), of average build, with tight grey hair at the back and sides.

Gardaí say he was wearing a blue striped shirt, navy trousers and brown shoes when he was last seen.
