A man has been further remanded in custody in connection with the murder of brothers Jack and Tom Blaine at their home in New Antrim Street, Castlebar last month.
Alan Cawley, 26, of Corrimbla South in Ballina was remanded in custody to Castlerea prison.
He is due before Harristown District Court on 6 September.
Garda Superintendent Jim Ryan asked Judge Conal Gibbons for an extension of time for service of the Book of Evidence.
Mr Cawley’s parents were in court today for the brief hearing and he waved to them in the courtroom.
