A woman in her 20s who was arrested in connection with the death of a man in Arklow earlier this year has been released without charge.

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Osaba Orsos (31) who was originally from Hungary, died after his car went through crash barriers and plunged into the Avoca River on 26 March.

A woman who was in the car with him at the time managed to escape from the vehicle.

The body of Mr Orsos was found washed up on Clogga Beach hours later.
