A US judge in the David Drumm bankruptcy case has put off consideration of important aspects of the case until July.

Judge Frank Bailey heard about the change in status of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation, which was put into liquidation and is the major party in the Drumm case.

The judge indicated it might be January 2014 before he could find a new date for the bankruptcy trial of the former chief executive of Anglo Irish Bank.
