Teenagers released in Mayo assault inquiryTuesday 19 March 2013 10.26
A 17-year-old boy who was stabbed in Westport on Saturday night is still being treated at Mayo General Hospital.
He is said to be in a serious but stable condition.
Three teenagers who were being questioned by gardaí in connection with the attack have been released without charge.
Files are being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The three were arrested after the incident, which took place in the Railway Walk area of the town.
One was released yesterday evening and the other two were released this morning.
