Police in Northern Ireland say a 51-year-old man is to be brought before Belfast Magistrates Court tomorrow, charged with terrorism-related offences, including membership of a proscribed organisation.
The man was arrested in the Jonesborough area yesterday.
He was being questioned in connection with the murder of 33-year-old Robert McCartney outside a bar in Belfast in 2005.
Police say the charges are to be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
