A technology company based in Béal Átha An Ghaorthaidh, a Gaeltacht community in west Cork is recruiting 35 people after winning two major contracts.
Bard na nGleann is an information management company that is involved in technical writing, editing and project management.
The company is located in a village of 200 and won contracts with two of the world's biggest IT multi-nationals, Cisco and SAP.
Bard na nGleann currently employs 50 people and is to increase its workforce to 85 people.
The company was set up 14 years ago by Tom Fitzgerald who says that the company's relative remoteness has not impeded its continued expansion.
