Gardaí have confirmed that a body discovered in Dublin at the weekend has been identified as that of missing man Louis Parsons.

The discovery was made at Corkagh Park Fishery in Clondalkin at about a 4.45pm on Saturday.

The 20-year-old went missing last November.

He was last seen at Hazelwood Crescent in Clondalkin on 18 November.

Gardaí said they are investigating, but foul play is not suspected.
