Five men have been charged with affray by police investigating the murder of Jason McGovern in Co Tyrone earlier this week.
The 19-year-old Monaghan man was killed on New Year's Eve after an altercation near a bar in Omagh, Co Tyrone.
Police said two males aged 21 and three aged 17, 18 and 19 have been accused of affray.
All five are due to appear at Omagh Magistrates Court tomorrow.
Detectives say Mr McGovern, who was 19-years-old and from Tydavnet, was punched in the head outside a pub and then assaulted again as he was waiting for a taxi back to Emyvale, Co Monaghan, in the early hours of Monday morning.
He was found dead at a friend's house in Emyvale on New Year's Eve.
