A 41-year-old man arrested in connection with the attempted murder of an off-duty PSNI officer in east Belfast last Sunday has been released unconditionally.
Two other men from the Belfast area, who were arrested for questioning about the booby-trap bomb, were also released unconditionally yesterday.
The PSNI officer was about to take his wife and children out for lunch when he discovered the bomb under the vehicle.
