Two brothers have appeared in court facing extradition for the double murder of a couple in Northern Ireland six years ago.
Thomas O'Hare, 33, and Lisa McClatchey, 21, both died from their injuries after being attacked at their home in Keady, Co Armagh, on 6 November 2006.
The couple were assaulted before petrol was poured over them and they were set alight.
Niall and Martin Smith were brought before the High Court in Dublin today, on foot of European arrest warrants.
The court heard how Martin Smith, 40, was arrested at 4 Cois Croinn, Saltown, Dundalk, Co Louth, at 6.40am today.
Sergeant O'Neill from the Garda Extradition Unit told the court that when cautioned, the accused shook his head.
Sergeant Jim Kirwan from the Extradition Unit told the court that he arrested Niall Smith, 37, at 40 Moylara, Balbriggan, Co Dublin, at 6.35am today.
Sergeant Kirwan told the court that when he cautioned the accused and told him of the charges, Mr Smith replied "I don't want to say anything about it, until I get my solicitor".
The pair were remanded in custody to Cloverhill Prison and due back in court again on Thursday 20 December.
Gardaí and the PSNI are still searching for two other men in connection with the attack.
