Two of the six people being questioned by gardaí in connection with the murder of Eamon Kelly in Dublin have been released.
A man and women who were being questioned at Clontarf Garda Station were released late last night.
Another four - three men and a woman - remain in custody.
A Dublin man has already been charged with the murder of Kelly, who was shot dead near his home in Killester on Tuesday evening.
Sean Connolly, 34, with an address at Bernard Curtis House, Bluebell, Dublin 12 appeared before a special sitting of the Special Criminal Court.
He was also charged with membership of an illegal organisation, styling itself the IRA, and with the possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
He was remanded in custody to appear before the Special Criminal Court via video link on 20 December.
