Cases against six men charged in connection with the running of a sulky race on the main Cork to Limerick road have been adjourned at Cork District Court.
They were facing charges of dangerous driving and obstruction arising out of the incident on the N20 near Blarney in Co Cork on 5 May this year.
Five of the six men had their cases adjourned until next Friday, when a date for a hearing is likely to be set.
The sixth man had his case adjourned for a fortnight. All six are currently on bail.
Sulky racing involves horses pulling two-wheeled sulky carts or harnesses and riders.
